The next regular meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Outfitters and Professional Guides is scheduled for Friday August 16, 2024 in Casper, Wyoming. The New Outfitter Applicant Training class will begin at 9:00 am, with the Board meeting to immediately follow, at the same location. Board Training and Meeting will be held at the Wyoming Game and Fish Field Office in Casper, Wyoming located at 3030 Energy Lane.

To better prepare potential new outfitter applicants, the Wyoming State Board of Outfitters and Professional Guides has also scheduled our late summer meeting for 2024. Please keep in mind this will be the last opportunity to see the Board for a 2024 Outfitter license. In order to be added to this agenda for August to receive a 2024 license, you must submit your initial New Outfitter Application and Operation Plan, and pass the Outfitter Exam by June 30, 2024, per Board Rule, Chapter 2 Section 3 (a)(i).
Friday December 13, 2024 in conjunction with the WYOGA Winter Retreat in Riverton, Wyoming. Location of the New Outfitter Training Class and Board Meeting will be provided once scheduled. New Applicant training will begin promptly at 9:00 am, with the Board Meeting to directly follow. Agenda will be posted once it becomes available.
The Wyoming State Board of Outfitters and Professional Guides shall hold a regular meeting each year on the Third Friday of February at the Little America Hotel & Resort in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
