Applications and exams, if applicable, can be emailed to amanda.mckee@wyo.gov and brandy.c.durante@wyo.gov . They can also be faxed to 307-777-6715
If you are submitting payment for more than one application, ensure that all applications (and exams, if applicable) are accounted for. Include a list of all guide names and verify the amount you are paying is correct or the payment will be rejected and licenses will not be issued.

Board Staff would like to remind all Outfitters and Professional Guides that guide renewal applications can be submitted at any time during the calendar year. Office protocol dictates that an application be mailed in with the corresponding licensing fees and guide exam, if applicable.

To fill out the form by hand, click on the link and then click on the print button in the upper right.
To save a fillable form that you can type in, click on the link and then click the download button in the upper right. Open the document from your computer and fill it out. This option will let you save a copy to your computer.
